First visit in they didn't need to keep the car for the booked day because they needed to order the part in. So came back two weeks later and the part had not been ordered.This was frustrating, however they got it in and sorted it the next day without me having to collect the car and take it back in again.

I think if you keep the car for the duration of the day it would be good if you could offer a curtesy car rather than hire car.Thank yo for cleaning the car too - a nice touch. The inside would have been nice too.
