I didn’t get a confirmation of my booking from the website, and found booking (on my mobile) more confusing that it could be.Staff were friendly and the man who booked my car in was excellent. Service was completed while I waited. The waiting area seating could be more comfortable and allow for more people to sit, but everything else was great.

Jamie was great, helpful and yet not pushy. It was a shame that the 2 possible cars shown did not fully meet our criteria. Hopefully there will be more suitable cars and that Jamie will let us know.

Overall, I am happy with everything. My only concern is that the car was not ready until late in the afternoon when I have a tricky and longish journey to make to collect the car at a busy time of day. The car has to come back in on 21 December for a follow-up service which I hope can be completed sooner.
