We would especially like to mention the attention we were given by Ifti. We were unable to configure a new Octavia at the spec required or in a reasonable timeframe yet Ifti found us a fantastic second hand Karoq and we didn't leave without buying! Throughout he was very patient and his knowledge and passion reassured us, without pressure to make the purchase. Thank you!
