I would like to thank the gentleman who took and delivered my car (Paul?). He couldn’t have been nicer, more polite or more helpful; quite the ambassador for your company.

When calling to make the booking, the registered vehicle details had been mixed up with someone else (a similar thing happened last year). I checked in the vehicle and signed online, but still needed to wait and sign document again (it took a little while to find my details). So check-in at the dealer could perhaps be quicker. Also not sure why I didn't receive a link to the vehicle video this time, as I did at the last service.

I tried to use the online check-in but that required me to sign on screen, which may be ok for those with touch screens and phones but is near impossible to achieve using a mouse and non-touchscreen monitor.

Service plan not available due to second hand vehicle but did take up the warranty. Very pleased with the overall service given.
