My husband and I came to Lookers on a Sunday morning to look at a car and we bought our 2 small children with us. We decided to purchase the car so were in the garage for quite a while. The staff members-Jamie Addison in particular, was extremely helpful, friendly and made us feel very relaxed while we went through the details in order to purchase the car. We couldn’t recommend them enough :)

Good afternoon team,This is my fourth new Skoda from Lookers.This year has been a nightmare, fractured spine, Cancer and my bowel explodedI needed a larger vehicle for my medical aids.Went to Your showroom, met by Archie. He was so polite, helpful. Neil came across and as always very professional and helpful.One big problem, the vehicle we both wanted was your Kamiq range. As you are aware, these are not available till March 2023.Neil and Archie made many calls and emails to try and get us a vehicle ASAP.Yes within a week, I took delivery of my new vehicle, which is amazing.What fantastic work carried out behind the scenes to secure the vehicle.We are so please with the car, which has made life easier.Archie and Neil are a credit to LookersWell done and Thank you so muchGraham Kendal

1. Myles Goreing (initially and Harry Wood (latterly were my main contacts with Lookers and they were both excellent. I could not have asked for anything more from either of them.2. On the other hand, I found Skoda Financial Services to be an utter pain! They hassled me for several weeks about paying the balloon payment for my last Skoda and refused to communicate with Lookers themselves to find out what the current situation was. I do not wish to deal with them personally again unless absolutely necessary. I did not find them helpful in the least.3. Having said that, I have only had my new Skoda for a few days but I am delighted with it. There are a lot of new features which I have yet to fully understand but I have the basics and it is a delight to drive - thank you.

I have always found everyone at Lookers extremely helpful, informative and efficient. Coming into Lookers removes that fear of the unknown that a women may have about going into a car dealership/service centre, when, if like me, her knowledge is zero.Well done Peasmarsh Lookers.

Nothing comes to mind but I do appreciate the collection and returning of car if it wasn’t for that service I would not be able to use Lookers in Peacemarsh near Guildford
