Good booking experience.Day of work not so good. App was not updated after vehicle went in to workshop and no communication from staff. Had to phone at 17.15 for update. Work was completed just lack of communication.

Excellent assistance from same staff member from first to final visit. Good atmosphere. Hot drinks whilst waiting was most welcome. Fee car health check was an additional bonus.

I am going to follow up the renewed Service Plan - not time on the day.There are still rattling noises from various parts of the car so shall be taking it back to check.The help from the desk on the day was very good so thank you very much
