Couldn’t fault anything great service

Bentley was very helpful but didn’t proceed in the end but would come back again if I was to buy a Skoda again

The lady who dealt with me on the service desk was charming .. but I ve forgotten her name

Generally all excellent. Vehicle pick up and delivery by Paul was great - friendly, punctual and professional. Car nicely washed. Very clear video. My only minor points are on the online booking experience: 1) it would really help to receive an acknowledgment email to confirm the booking at the time it is made; 2) the message received following online check-in still talks about Covid restrictions and states that no vehicle pick ups are happening - even though that is no longer the case, so is confusing.

Ifti was our sales executive and although we chose a different solution, we would highly recommend him and the dealership. The Sunday receptionist was very welcoming and helpful and ifti couldn't have done any more to help us with our search. Will deffinately be back!

I was served by a nice young gentleman who was very helpful throughout. Understand that the vehicle was provided for test drive but it would be more appealing if the vehicle interior had been cleaned up first. I understand that in general, a vehicle would be fully valeted before handing over to the new owner but first impression does count.

The Citygate team at Skoda Slough could not have been more professional or more helpful. Special thanks must go to Stuart in sales (whose communication skills were faultless) , and Josh and David who went the extra mile to prepare the vehicle to an exceptionally high standard prior to and during collection. Motability order controls were an ordeal to get sorted out.Multiple communications were needed. Took a year, during which time had three people looking after order.Last guy Jamie was great. (The only reason I gave a good score. Because frankly rest of experience was pretty poor)First one Cameron bad.This survey started with wording including a location, substitution variable undefined.
