On return of vehicle, it was identified that the break pads need replacing, meaning a second visit is requiredPay plan bought to cover service, but then identified that it should be bought 48 hours before the service

1. The music in the show room / waiting area was too modern / loud and seemed to be Radio One or similar, at 55 years old i didnt like it, maybe a local / normal radio channel would be better.2. The workshop video, the engineer spoke so fast i had to play the video three times to get the info.

Iftikhar has been really good for us, thinking of all the options in his reach to satisfy our requirements. It's a shame that there weren't a suitable used car that fit our ask ( e.g. used scala and new fabia over budget, used fabia trim was good price point but too basic).
