1. Myles Goreing (initially and Harry Wood (latterly were my main contacts with Lookers and they were both excellent. I could not have asked for anything more from either of them.2. On the other hand, I found Skoda Financial Services to be an utter pain! They hassled me for several weeks about paying the balloon payment for my last Skoda and refused to communicate with Lookers themselves to find out what the current situation was. I do not wish to deal with them personally again unless absolutely necessary. I did not find them helpful in the least.3. Having said that, I have only had my new Skoda for a few days but I am delighted with it. There are a lot of new features which I have yet to fully understand but I have the basics and it is a delight to drive - thank you.

I have always found everyone at Lookers extremely helpful, informative and efficient. Coming into Lookers removes that fear of the unknown that a women may have about going into a car dealership/service centre, when, if like me, her knowledge is zero.Well done Peasmarsh Lookers.

Prompt communication from Guildford Skoda team and they always rang when they promised.

Nothing comes to mind but I do appreciate the collection and returning of car if it wasn’t for that service I would not be able to use Lookers in Peacemarsh near Guildford

Good booking experience.Day of work not so good. App was not updated after vehicle went in to workshop and no communication from staff. Had to phone at 17.15 for update. Work was completed just lack of communication.

I asked if there were any issues, I was told there wasn’t but later I received an inspection report with issues. I have dealt with it but I don’t know why the rep said what he said
