We had to reschedule the appointment as the driver who was to collect my vehicle was out with COVID but this was fine. I’m booked on a two year service plan as we have decided to keep the vehicle at the end of the lease period

A small point, at the time of booking the service, I got the Impression from Sam Dickenson that the car would be washed, it was not. Otherwise everything OK.
