Don't update your softwear during the week. Called the first time tk book car in and wasn't able to for a delay with, yes updating the softwear. Coukd I call back tomorrow.

A very good service the only thing was the service date was set wrong on the car so will now be done in june but otherwise a great service.

The car didn't receive a wash. I had to phone to see if the car was ready, and it was, but I was waiting, how long had it been ready??

We never got as far as discussing finance on this occasion.If you are able to find a Skoda Yeti, diesel, semi-automaatic, two-wheel drive, then I would be very pleased if you would contact me.

Overall a positive experience, and Lookers were able to source a vehicle for us, in spite of significant difficulties in the current car climate.We would note that sales team need to have a more in-depth knowledge of the specification options and the differences in technologies of older models, which may not now come as standard on newer models. It would be useful if these were highlighted at sales negotiation.Service was very friendly and teething issues with the car were resolved quickly.We would definitely purchase from lookers in the future.

I had booked a waiting appointment for my car service and it was a pleasant experience - 2 hours to myself to read and with complimentary coffee ! The car was returned to me having been washed within the time frame promised and all staff I met were most helpful .

The only point I would make is that the Lookers garage is stuck in the middle of nowhere (miles from any shops or town centre). So it would be good to have the option of being able to get a shuttle minibus into the centre of Guildford or Godalming, especially when there is a 3-4 hour wait for work to be done.

The confirmation of the booking was sent to me without any details! Apart from that, everything was good and I was well looked after whilst waiting.
