The welcome at Reception was friendly, welcomign and helpful. The Sales agent was always attentive, friendly and actually listened to what we said we were looking for (this was certainly not the case in other non-Skoda dealerships), an did not rush us into makign decisions.

I was particularly impressed with Iain. I walked in without an appointment on a Sunday, saw the sign about "appointments only" on Sundays, and was ready to make an appointment. However, Iain overheard the conversation and offered to meet me there and then.
