purchased last november the cust was gig to be towing a caravan. They would be towing a caravan.The lock down in the car dosnt allow the vehicle to tow. The cust has now tried to reject the vehicle as they were not informed of this at the time after making it very clear this was there intention. Cust has returned to the dealership and also sent a letter in connection with this and noting has been considered.

The Salesman in question tried at first to put me through to another dept, before realizing I wanted sales. He then said he would come back to me with the previous history of the vehicle but said 2 or 3 other people were coming in to see the vehicle at the next weekend. Needless to say he never returned with any information and what was worse still was when I rang the next day to ask for this information he simply put the phone down on me. I rang again and he did the same. I asked someone else to ask him to ring me and explain why his attitude and no answer was given and obviously no phone call was received. The poorest service I have received in over 47 years of driving.

Sales staff accommodated 2 test drives which was appreciated. When I decided to go with a different car from another dealer it took much chasing to get the refund for my reservation fee. The process should be more automated for reservation refunds. Stellantis confirmed a refund within 2 days.

Ishmail was nice and helpful. His manager though was just rude and obviously didn't care about anything but his commission. Bought a similar car from Marshalls instead two hours after leaving Lookers

Hello,I am waiting for the return of a £250.I enquired about YR72 XNF on Sunday 25th of Jan. I was advised there had been 4 enquires that day and could put a deposit down to reserve it by man on phone.Quickly Jacob called back, booked an appointment for Tuesday 10.15 and sent me link to pay, which I did.He also promised to email details etc which he never did.I found another Skoda on Monday and therefore phoned early Tuesday 27th am to release car. I couldn't speak to Jacob, ( he was busy and didn't phone back ) but clearly the message was received as Wednesday AM car was back on sale.Wednesday I tried to contact him and spoke to Nathan instead who was pleasant and appeared helpful.As I still didn't have a repayment of confirmation of when I called again on Thursday Nathan was busy but Jacob called back and assured me it had been processed on Tuesday and told me it would take 5 to 10 days. I asked for an email confirmation which he sent.Anyhow, I am still waiting for my £250 refund which is past the 10days.PLEASE can you get this sorted out immediately,Thanks, Gillian Underwood

Customer Comments:Still at the dealership at present as fitting a web cam and they damaged the roof lining. Taken out the minor damage contract,Platinum plus and again no details what the difference is. GuardX taken out and has been given a password but it dosnt work.
