My problem has hopefully has been resolved

It's straight forward and it works. But nothing beats a human on the phone. Everything ran smoothly, I was satisfied. One criticism - I did say there was no rush to get the vehicle done by any particular time, I was happy to pick it up the next day if necessary, just let me know either way. The job was finished the next morning and that's when I collected it, no problem - however, there was no communication on the first day to say it wouldn't be completed so I was clinging to the online tracker information, where the car was frozen mid process, not knowing whether my vehicle was near completion or not - limbo.

All very efficient and the delivery driver was very pleasant to deal with.

The two people I saw were both very good, helpful and understanding…ifti and a new young lad. I changed my mind because the amount I was offered for my existing vehicle was very very low…..and I will use it for at least another 12 months before I down size

I would give Kieren 5 stars for busting a gut when things went wrong with the processes. He was knowledgeable, patient and kept a sense of humour with my increasing levels Of concern with everything that went wrong with this transaction particularly post-handover.
