I responded to a recall for an particular fault on signage on the headlights on my vehicle.

The service given by all members of staff is impeccable!!! Neil Cowie did everything he could for us to get the Kodiaq sorted but unfortunately Motability would not do that model on the scheme. That said we have now ordered a VW Allspace from Lookers VW. Yet very professional, they’re not as good as lookers ŠKODA! But don’t tell them that, we haven’t got the Allspace yet!! Please tell all the staff at ŠKODA THANKYOU for their help, especially Neil! We will bring friends in who are due to change their car shortly.
