I had no reply from your No umbrella's in car no reply on rubber thing on back door very poor after sales 😢

we new what we wanted, saw a car identical to ours but young & decided to buy it. The salesman’s was very helpful & realised we didn’t need to hear all the usual blurb. So it was all straight forward. But I’m sure if we’d haggled we could have got more for our exchange car but didn’t have the time! Thanks

The email came to me directly, the process was easy to work through, the booking in was extremely simple to do. Everything was handled superbly: I was helped to book in, contacted to let me know what needed doing, that was done, and I picked up the car much earlier than I expected. It was also suggested that I might have help getting to where I needed to be when I dropped off the car. I also felt that Laura on the desk really cared and related to customers: the whole experience was not only efficient but caring. Thank you!

Great communication

I had reported the middle back seat belt being incorrectly fitted. It was noted in the original paperwork and I know it is a manufacturing fault but no mention was made about bringing it back in. I am ringing up again myself.
