Simply followed the link on the email, read the detail and signed online. Easy. Service reception were very polite and efficient. Car was booked in for a service at 11am, I received the text to follow the progress of my vehicle. I then received a vehicle check video link and later a text to say that my vehicle was ready for collection at 2:45pm. Very happy with the whole process.

Always have the best from Skoda so can only but give them top scores Again first class service from Lookers Skoda. As usual staff were amazing. Polite curtious and always informative of what was going on with my car.
