I have owned 3 Skoda cars and my wife has owned 6 Skoda Octavia because the Newcastle Skoda dealership is excellent for customer service. The customer service at Newcastle Skoda is always excellent. Lauren was excellent when I left the car for its service and MOT and she let me know when I could collect the car.

It was only a telephone enquiry, but it was handled corrrectly and I recevied the informaiton I needed. THe P/X offered for my car was comparable to other Skoda and Ford Dealerships outside of the North East.
