Very professional, friendly and not too pushy with sales. Was in for a service, talked about the service plan but it wasnt quite right for us and it was good to have all the info and not feel pressured, and the service was done very professionally

I have to say mark who dealt with my query on both visits had outstanding service he was very helpful yet not pushy with any sales allowed me to take me time and think about without any pressure it was an absoulute pleasure dealing with him thanks for a great experience
