Kieron was very friendly and honest with me could not have done anything more to accommodate my needs and even helped sort out the finance on my previous car!

In a word simplicity, hassle free. Always get my Skoders serviced at Railway St as I know from experience I will get a good job done at a fair price, there is nothing that store keeper Glen dosent know about Skodas so if I have a rare problem he's the guy to see plus you have top class mechanics doing the work and you are kept informed every step of the way.

Manj was excellent. He showed me each of the controls and how to use. He set up my mobile fir me on the console and explained everything in detail. Checked I understood each point before moving on to the next.

From the first visit to Lookers Newcastle to my handover of my new car was a excellent experience, Kieran from sales was a great guy very professional and polite always had smile on his face all the way to the end also kept me updated at all times so again excellent communication though out never once did he put pressure on me or be pushy as this was a big commitment and that to me made this experience excellent all the way though nothing was a problem to Kieran very patient and understanding as knew this was a big deal to me and made me feel at ease at all times. Also would like to thank Jamie sales manager again very polite and professional though out and at the end came over shaking my hand and thanked me very much stating if need anything please don’t hesitate to ask or call, again excellent as did not expect that but again was great to see excellent customer service makes the difference thank you guys credit to your dealership 100%.
