Contact didnt even bother replying to my emails.

My child keeps getting unsolicited text messages from you to their phone and it is distressing them. The messages are addressed to a Mr EHIOROBO and we don't know who that is. Please take my child's details off your database. The details are: the number contacting us is 07882957612. The message says a car was booked in with on 18/6/26. The link texted to my child's phone is https://www.myvehiclelive.com/OnlineEVHC/Lookers/SKODA/Index/460BB023-21F5-4408-B4FC-00D49CEAC91E and the message was signed by Ellie.

I have bought 2 Skoda Kodiaqs from Lookers Newcastle. 3 years ago I asked to explore finance options for getting a new/more up to date car. Spoke to a salesman who was really dismissive and said not to bother as would just cost too much. I contacted another Skoda dealership who said absolutely possible, offered me a great deal. Phoned Lookers Newcastle back, explained felt dismissed and that this was because I was female. Wondered if my business not important to them. Eventually sorted me out with new car (my current one) and apologised.3 years on I am looking to get a new car, possibly electric. Phoned Lookers, spoke to Michael who was going to phone me back on Monday. Didn't hear anything. Phoned Lookers today- spoke to Paul, he asked me what I wanted. Explained just chasing up as hadn't heard back and expecting call - Paul fine but pretty dismissive also and told me that the fact that Michael hadn't phoned me was not good and not how they worked. If I didn't hear back the next day to phone them and he would take over the sale.Don't feel particularly valued customer! Why are sales people openly criticising their colleagues to customers?Would be great if could be assigned a sales person who is responsive please.

The good:- I had a call from Nicola Penrose within minutes of submitting the request, probably just after normal office hours. She was very polite and professional, arranging a test drive slot for me.- When we visited the branch a test drive was quickly arranged and we had the chance to test a Skoda Elroq unattended, which allows me to relax and concentrate on the feel of the car and the drive experience rather than feeling pressured by someone accompanying usThe not so good:- We were not expected at the branch, it didn't seem that the booking was reflected, however as mentioned above we still managed to test a car- While we were allowed to test the car without sale representative riding with us, we were told "Okay, see you in 15 minutes". I don't think 15 minutes is enough time to get an impression of a car, this put a pressure on us to make it back quickly and didn't allow us to test the car in various roads and speeds. I can understand this might've been in result of the fact that our booking was not reflected, I was really expecting an hour to test the car.- The dealer did not have a test car in the trim we were looking for. The Sportline trim has different seats and the opinions about their comfort are divided, however we could not test a car in this trim and there was not a car in the shop demonstrating this trim. We were allowed to check the trim in the manager's car but this being someone's vehicle didn't predispose us to sit and test how the seats feel.

Had to wait absolutely ages for the rep then 35mins for a valuation of my vehicle

Kieran missold me the service of paint and fabric. For the price of 322. He mentioned it will be a life time warranty of paint and service . There if i have any problems with the paint. I can come back and visit thr branch in fhe future. The truth is. I cant find out no dfference from any other car. I didnot recieve any service or after sales service that he portrayed at the time of selling.I basically just got a bag of cleaning products worth maybe 30 quid. Which is very far from tje price i pay.I would consider it as a very poor aftersale service ans got mis sold on the services.I went to the branch twice to ask about the paint and that i purchase and question about the paint and fabric. The manager just cant be bothered with my question and ask me why i question him when i was told it is a life time warranty with 0 follow up and service whatsoever

I mistakenly sent this to Stockport so have been advised to resubmit to ensure there is a paper trail and I can receive a response in writing. I have had a call from Scott at Newcastle this morning since submitting the original form so wasn't aware he hadn't seen the full detail when calling me (my error for sending to the wrong place).Hello,I would like to raise my concerns about the significant length of time it has taken your garage to repair what I was told at the outset was a know Skoda fault.Timeline as below:Thursday 15th JanuaryCar came in to be looked at whilst having an update which you claimed took 2-3 days to complete which seems unusual also. Mechanics at that point said they couldn’t see an issue with the gears.Thursday 5th FebruaryMechanics look again at the car and report that the gearbox needs replacing. Car needs to be booked back in for work to take place. Anticipate this work will take approximately two weeks to complete.Monday 16th MarchDrop car off with you for work to commence. Advised courtesy car will be mine for duration of work and is initially booked for 2 weeks.Monday 30th MarchStill no progress with job. Contacted yourselves to be told part is coming from the manufacturer and that it isn’t now a new gearbox going in. Told at this point that it’s a shim and bearing replacement.Thursday 9th AprilStill no update. Contacted to be told “we’re waiting for a part, let me check the system, oh yes it’s just arrived today”. No mechanic available to do the work, will start on Monday.Wednesday 15th AprilStill no progress, looking for a tool for the job. This is staggering as you’ve known what needed to be done since 5th February when mechanics looked at car. Why on earth do you not have the tools ready for the start of the job.Tuesday 21st AprilCan’t get the tool needed, none available in local garages, had to order direct from Skoda, won’t be here until 19th May.Thursday 21st MayStill no update. Contact yourselves to be told it’ll be “early next week”.Wednesday 27th MayMechanics are reportedly working on it and it’s “90% likely” it’ll be ready for Friday.Friday 29th MayCalled to advise that more bolts need to be ordered which won’t be in until Tuesday.I have unfortunately now absolutely no confidence in the work that is being done. It’s clear that this job just keeps getting put to the bottom of the list and is not a priority for you in any sense. Please advise what you intend to do to ensure this work is completed quickly and the car returned to me complete with paperwork documenting what work has been undertaken. I’d also like reassurance that the car has been driven for more than a few yards along the street once the work has been completed to ensure there are no issues as a result of this work taking place. I’m aware you’ll have needed to send images to Cinch also so please send those on to me for my records as well.Thank you
