The service given by all members of staff is impeccable!!! Neil Cowie did everything he could for us to get the Kodiaq sorted but unfortunately Motability would not do that model on the scheme. That said we have now ordered a VW Allspace from Lookers VW. Yet very professional, they’re not as good as lookers ŠKODA! But don’t tell them that, we haven’t got the Allspace yet!!Please tell all the staff at ŠKODA THANKYOU for their help, especially Neil! We will bring friends in who are due to change their car shortly.

Car was dropped off Wednesday morning without any hassle thanks to Lauren.courtesy car supplied,told that it would take 2 days ,relieved a text Wednesday 4-30pm to say that the car was ready to collect,unfortunately I didn't read text till ot was to late to pick up then.Collected car thursday morning without a hitch.great and prompt experience, nothing but praise for all staff involved.

It was made quick and easy. My car was parked where I could see it as I entered the dealership and in a place that would make leaving the dealership a smooth process. Everyone in the dealership was friendly, especially Kieran who organised the purchase of my car with me.
