I purchased apple car play from skida lookers Newcastle which costed around £350, however not long after my screen turned black. Many places offer Apple car play mych cheaper yet I came directly to sloda as i thought it would be reliable. After weeks of waiting to get a damn appointment I was told to pay £720 which no chance I will pay and quoted it’s a screen issue which is clearly lies as I haven’t been using this car in months due to driving another car. My blue tooth was working all fine before and never had issues so clearly it’s error by yourselves. It’s a complete joke to even ask me to pay money to fix stuff directly from yourselves. Shame as I was looking to fix this and buy another car but clearly gonna avoid now and tell others to complete t avoid

After I left a review a month ago and you asked me to get in touchI bought car from lookers Skoda Newcastle 31/10/25 vw Tiguan NL67HRW2 weeks after purchase found the drivers side footwell was flooded and also passenger footwell after going to fit new rubber mats.Got it bookedGot car back on 22/11/25Never recieved any email on what was done only told on phone car aircon was connected wrong.I raised my concerns then as it seemed to happen when raining.There was still damp patches days after I got car back. i thought it was not been dried out fully.I dried it out with large dehumidifier bags.But the damp patches keep coming back at the same 2 spots the left mat peg in drivers side and middle of passenger footwell same side.and a couple of electric faults have weirdly popped up.the electronic hand brake during heavy rain wouldn't disengage.and skid symbol has came on and few times for no apparent reason.I have car booked back in from 12th January at lookers newcastle skoda.And hopefully sort problem out.Very disappointed have even had a few valuation quotes to sell car on and cut losses.I don't no if you are manager of the service department who asked me to get intouch or complaints.

I cancelled my service appointment for 5th Jan a week ago but have just got the online check in email and text. It’s for ex69zxk white Skoda Kodiaq headlight issue. I won’t be bringing it in

Then looked like I had been given a bit of a refund. Pending on card account from 15/12/25 only for it to disappear on 25/12/25. Also have tried to ring accounts on 4 separate occasions and no answer.

Professional, friendly, knowledgeable service. Neil Cowie was very helpful.Would definitely use Lookers Škoda if ever in the market for a Škoda.

Initial inquiry response was good but then heard nothing and had to chase a couple of times to get any response back. Felt like I was priced out of the car I was interested in due to it already being sold as the following day it said it was reserved so maybe that's why I didn't get the usual sales service expected.

When dropping car off for warranty work had issues and when picking my car back up more issues and given very little time/notice to collect vehicle and drop the courtesy car back off!

My enquiry was listened too, your man called me back as promised. He was professional and polite.
