On entering the Newcastle showroom my wife and I were met by Kiernan PATTERSON, who immediately put at our ease. I explained what model Skoda model we wanted and Kieran after searching what was available found us the ideal car, a Skoda Fabia Monte Carlo. After this the whole process was painless and several days later we picked up our new car. We would certainly use this Skoda branch again in the future.
