Simply followed the link on the email, read the detail and signed online. Easy.Service reception were very polite and efficient. Car was booked in for a service at 11am, I received the text to follow the progress of my vehicle. I then received a vehicle check video link and later a text to say that my vehicle was ready for collection at 2:45pm. Very happy with the whole process.
