I have owned 3 Skoda cars and my wife has owned 6 Skoda Octavia because the Newcastle Skoda dealership is excellent for customer service.The customer service at Newcastle Skoda is always excellent. Lauren was excellent when I left the car for its service and MOT and she let me know when I could collect the car.
