Lack of location details, and time-date after booking an appointment, I got the email that my appointment was moved to the next day. However, within a check-in, I received all the information about the location, time date, and potential list of work.

Good customer service, I felt looked after from the start to completion. I was informed of extra works needed to make my car safe. With sound advice and even greeted with a coffee.

I had visited a few dealers during the day and some that I will never go back to again due to previous issues with vehicles I have had in the past. Anyways, I walked in with wife and 8 month and was looking for an Octavia, just so happens the one I bought was on the forecourt. The salesman came out and wasn’t pushy, I said that I wasn’t happy with the way I had been dealt with at other dealers, and that some hadn’t even come out to see us. He asked if there was anything here and I points out the octavia. He got the keys and let me have a look, we then went inside whilst he arranged a quote for my car and finance settlement and organised for a test drive. Test drive the car and bought on the day, could of issues rectified and picked up a week later. He even used his mobile to keep me in touch with progress of the car. Picked up the car, car had been polished, was clean and tidy. Dealer was friendly and polite and listened to other issue I have had over the years with other dealers, whom I won’t mention on here. Was actually nice to meet a dealer who actually listened to previous issues and said that I would be looked after by this dealership.
