Ours was a motorbility purchase so some off the questions do not relate to us, but our overall view of skoda Newcastle was, they are very friendly, confident staff who answered all our questions.

The service I received was second to none, the cars progress was passed on every day, they arranged our motability hire cars return. Truth be told if they had not helped with motability when I dropped the car off I would still be sat waiting for motability to arrange a taxi to get me home. 5 stars is not enough for this dealership
