James Wright was brilliant going over again my service plan as I’d forgotten some details. Was clear about the results of my MOT and what he’d advise I do in the near future. Really appreciated sorting out a taxi for me to get home too after dropping my car off.

Really helpful and informative staff, felt like they were really focussed on assisting me. Had taken my car to another garage to diagnose the problem and felt it was given a 5 minute lookover and told there wasn't a problem, however at Lookers I felt listened to and taken seriously. The problem was identified and I was given what I thought was a pretty fair assessment of the best actions I could take. James was really helpful and would definetly take my car there again.
