Initially we sorted all the finance over the phone and by e-mail which was a bit daunting, making sure that if I didn't like the car we would cancel everything as the dealeship is in Newcastle and I'm from Leeds, but needless to say we were happy with the car, just had a couple of problems, first with the tyre pressure gauge, but after a quick phone call it was sorted and then the remote key stopped working and after a bit of e-mail back and forth they sent me some batteries which resolved the problem, so I was really happy with the response and helpfulness
