James and team have been fantastic, very happy

We always have great service from James or Brian in Newcastle Service dept, but it’s frustrating not to be able to go directly through to them on the phone, and have to go via call centre who seem reluctant to forward the call.

At less than 5 months old, my car developed a fault with the infotainment system - it fails to switch on. The problem was not solved. A health check was carried out though! I have to return in a couple of weeks and leave my car for a week for more investigation. I have been allocated a car in the interim.

I received poor service to begin with but once I was introduced with Neil I was extremely happy with the service. Neil dealt with all aspects of my enquiry and was extremely helpful.

Always a pleasure dealing with Neil Cowie and the Service Desk, as more problems started to occur with the car, Neil and the Service Desk managed to move my appointment to the left by 4 weeks, for my peace of mind and were nothing but polite, professional and personable through out, thank you once again.

My Vehicle was booked in, and I was updated regularly by James Wright at the service reception. I was dealt with quickly and very efficiently and James was excellent in dealing with the vehicle urgently as I needed it for work. James always gives me the honest facts and his professional advice allows me to proactively plan to avoid any possible upcoming repair issues. As usual excellent customer service and good staff It is a pleasure bringing my vehicle somewhere where I feel my custom is valued.
