my visit was fine but you didn't have the car I was looking for for me to test drive or didn't have one on the forecourt for me to look at.

Jack [Skoda] was really great but I have concerns regarding the following: 1. The courtesy car was made available 30 minutes later than arranged. 2. The courtesy car was not an automatic. 3. My vehicle was returned to Skoda from the garage 1 hour 30 mins later than arranged. The 'Service Required' notification is still being displayed on my dashboard every time my vehicle is started & stopped.While these points are minor it should be noted that my wife & I are both disabled, I do not drive an automatic vehicle as a matter of choice, we had travelled from Weardale to fulfil our part of the agreement, visited a seriously ill relative in Newcastle and these delays etc could have been avoided.

Ive discussed availabliity of preferred vehicle and discussed timings for Lookers to recontact me.

Pleased with car but a couple of issues . The mileage advertised as 28,300 but when paper work came through was 33000, not really explained why.Think the car could have been cleaned more thoroughly prior to delivery. Dog hairs visible on back seats and boot .Was difficult as distance purchase . Overall service from dealership otherwise good.

I commend Neil Cowie who was a patient and friendly salesman. There was a long lead-up time before the car was delivered to the showroom, and he kept in touch about its progress. Thank you.

We were slightly disappointed with the quality of the valet preparation of the car, but thanks to the efforts of Neil who brought it up to the quality expected for handover to the customer.
