The girl on the phone at booking was terrible. Very unhelpful, confusing conflicting information given. Very frustrating. (Rachel/Rebecca? Forgotten name) Actual service in Newcastle good. But the call centre booking process not good.

I think that the vehicle I bought should have been as described which was an up to date service record. I had to have the cam belt changed just as well I had the knowledge.

Bought second hand car. Had to request mot info and warranty/breakdown info after I had received the car and taken it home. It was not supplied with the paperwork when I received the car.
