Booking process was overall very good. Would suggest adding an option for the customer to confirm their car is a Motability vehicle (with service charges being n/a to the end user in their case).Pleased to see the return of "collect and drop off" as an option. Telephone and in-person communication were both excellent, really professional.Calls from the workshop were also excellent, informative and apologetic for the car being kept overnight (I was offered the option of the car being returned same day but needing to rebook for the work later too).Watched the video overview and found it surprisingly reassuring to know the condition of key components. Video covered everything I needed to know, gave advice and was well presented. Not entirely unlike watching an episode of Wheeler Dealers!
