Excellent service

Didn’t revive vehicle health check not sure if it went to my appointee email or what as I’m a mobile customer, but that’s did not bother me got my car park snd even noticed the lad’s had give it a clean on the outside was absolutely over the moon cause it was my birthday two days later so was really nice don’t think they new that at all just fell on the right time

Was a little disappointed my vehicle was not washed and vacuumed

I would like to say that Neil Cowie was excellent throughout the process of choosing our new Motability vehicle. He explained the options available to us, kept us in the loop once the Karoq was ordered & let us know when it was ready for collection. He is a credit to Skoda Newcastle & would recommend him to anyone who is wanting a Motability vehicle from this dealership.

Fantastic customer service

The salesman we saw Manj, was excellent and very informative but not pushy, which is the way we like it. We have already recommended Manj, and Lookers Skoda Newcastle, to our daughter, who is also looking for a new car.
