Coming into the Lookers showroom to see Neil Cowie is always a pleasure, as he is a very positive/upbeat/friendly & funny person to deal with. He also has a good knowledge of the Skoda product range/finance offerings and nothing is ever too much trouble for him to arrange for us.

The wrong parts should of never been sent. Keeping my car this long cost me 4 days at a cost of £500 not very professional........

I’m still waiting for my money back for the Service which was carried out, i should’ve had a free Service but plan information was incorrect so i got charged but they looking into it.

Excellent service. Had to move booking due to royal funeral and fitted me in as mot due. Car then had to go back as needed part to pass mot. But all done very efficiently and kept well informed. Helpful friendly staff at service reception.
