Neil Cowie was not only an excellent salesman but also had such an interest in meeting people and sharing his enthusiasm for the product. He was prepared to come in on his day off to ensure that all was in hand. When the time comes he will prepare a service plan and we will continue to do business with Lookers. The main telephone numbers divert to somewhere else, I'm assuming. This area of the business is doing nothing but service appointments. Totally useless for customers who have a vehicle needing repairs. I had to drive into the dealership to get my issue resolved. Thankfully the car was still roadworthy. Once I'd went in person to the dealership, the customer service was excellent as usual. Whatever changes have been made to the initial point of contact will lose you trade. It certainly would lose you mine if I'd been left with my car off the road because the main point of contact can't handle repairs that need doing.
