This is the type of service I would hope that everyone can experience when making a new car purchase. Michael Mountford was excellent from the very first contact to the follow up call after purchase. I only hope the car lives up to the service.

I have being talking to a member of your team and I hope to have a deal done this weekThat's if I am able to arrange a meeting as your phone system is not good in the past I have phoned up to 7 or 8 times last week and the week before and only spoke to a nice mannered person who tried to help

I reported a seal that had failed within a couple of months of being fitted at the dealership. I would have expected you to have ordered a replacement in for my visit rather than confirm failure and book a follow on visit to fit it.

We always have great service from James or Brian in Newcastle Service dept, but it’s frustrating not to be able to go directly through to them on the phone, and have to go via call centre who seem reluctant to forward the call.

At less than 5 months old, my car developed a fault with the infotainment system - it fails to switch on. The problem was not solved. A health check was carried out though! I have to return in a couple of weeks and leave my car for a week for more investigation. I have been allocated a car in the interim.
