I was expecting updates to be carried out, only to find out, on the day that it needs to be booked in for a further 3 days. Not really a problem but would have been nice to know in advance.

Very helpful and reassuring staff, as always. Comfortable surroundings in which to work while waiting for the work to be done. While there over several hours I noticed how well your staff responded to other customers one or two of whose requests were pretty unreasonable. All were satisfied with your responses
