If you could speed the process up it would improve the experience. Nearly 6 hours for a 1st service with no issues was too long. As it was booked for a specific time I expected an hour or two max after this time to complete service.

Didn’t revive vehicle health check not sure if it went to my appointee email or what as I’m a mobile customer, but that’s did not bother me got my car park snd even noticed the lad’s had give it a clean on the outside was absolutely over the moon cause it was my birthday two days later so was really nice don’t think they new that at all just fell on the right time
