I have to make a special mention of the exceptional excellent customer service that I received from James Wright . His Communication was excellent and I was kept fully informed of progress and required work with explanations of why it was needed. James is friendly ,helpful and I was able to speak freely and honestly because of his down to earth approach. I really felt my interests as a customer were being looked after ,nothing was too much trouble. James was as good as his word and contacted me with regard to a warranty issue both later on the day the work was done and the following Monday. Excellent service , head and shoulders above any other dealerships ! Although I dealt mostly with James ,Brian was also helpful and courteous in dealing with my booking.

When I visited it was the second day of a very extreme heat wave which was clearly impacting on the business so I don't think my experience was a true reflection of their usual business. They were doing their best in extremely difficult circumstances.

Surprised that a cleaning of the car has not been reinstated as part of the service now that restrictions for covid are no longer in place
