I would like to say that Neil Cowie was excellent throughout the process of choosing our new Motability vehicle. He explained the options available to us, kept us in the loop once the Karoq was ordered & let us know when it was ready for collection.He is a credit to Skoda Newcastle & would recommend him to anyone who is wanting a Motability vehicle from this dealership.
