I asked for a citnow for the saloon version of the Superb, but for some reason you sent me a video of an estate ex demo that you have, the totally wring car to the one I enquired about.

The service at the garage was first class . The booking system was less than average please let you customers speak to the dealership directly.

Excellent service at Lookers Newcastle, staff are always friendly and happy to help, explain issues in a clear manner, and kept me updated on everything that was happening as well as providing options for repairs and parts where required. My only feedback is that the online form has restrictive options for servicing that do not encompass some of the service book requirements, but this has nothing to do with Lookers Newcastle who were just about the best I could've asked for.
