Special mention to Jonathan Turner who provided exceptional service! It would have been nice to have a full tank when collecting the car. When I first went into the branch, I spoke with Michael Mountford. His email with car details never arrived which was disappointing.

I had booked the Collect & Return service but on the day it was not available because the driver was ill. However, the Service Advisor Mr Wright arranged alternative transport for me which I greatly appreciated. Full marks for customer sevice!
