Would have been nice for the car to have been cleaned to be part of the service again.

I appreciate that lookers have done my repair on my car as a good will gesture but the only thing that was negative about the whole experience is that lookers had my car for four and a half weeks,I am a self employed taxi driver which meant no car no money but i still had to pay a 15% labour fee.As I say I appreciate everything that has been done but I do think it was with the dealer for a lengthy time.

Very happy with work done (new tyres and windscreen wiper and oil top up) as always James Wright was very helpful and professional in explaining what was needed. I always feel confident after dealing with him, that the service I have received was the best.Thank you again!

Micheal was excellent start to finish getting our new car.

I originally had an email saying car was due a service in April. On taking car to your dealership in Newcastle I was informed that service wasn’t due until August.Not good customer service.Jamie the sales rep took charge and rearranged a new service date after I had sent in a complaint to Lookers. Car was picked up from my home and delivered back after service., which was done satisfactorily but it was not a pleasant experience.

I was expecting updates to be carried out, only to find out, on the day that it needs to be booked in for a further 3 days.Not really a problem but would have been nice to know in advance.
