The info.I seeked was dealt with as usual ( my previous three vehicles were purchased from Looker) in a most professional manner, the salesman made me feel totally relaxed with no pressure whilst dealing with my request and when I decide in the future to renew my vehicle then I will return to him for the sale. Mr James Vasiri is an will be a valid asset to Lookers Skoda in his employment with them

Car had a service and heath check, car was in Lookers from 0800 until 1630 same day. When picking up the car I expected it to have had a valet or an exterior clean but this was not the case. I may have been mistaken but I was under the impression after a full service and leaving the car with them all day that this happened as standard. Nevertheless the service was spot on, no issues and I was communicated with very well from the staff. Will be bringing my car back for its MOT and future services.

Other dealers wash the cars, whereas you didn't

I was surprised, and disappointed, not to get a video. Always had one in previous 4 years. The car wasn’t cleaned. I will say that, as usual, James Wright and his colleague were very efficient.
