I had booked the Collect & Return service but on the day it was not available because the driver was ill. However, the Service Advisor Mr Wright arranged alternative transport for me which I greatly appreciated. Full marks for customer sevice!

Excellent service , no need for any changes

The "Health Check" video is of course useful, but is often limited by the poor sound quality, eg: background noises; technician talking quickly.

Very helpful and friendly sales staff and not pushy. Nice environment in the showroom, a pleasant experience. The only disappointment is that the floor mats had been removed from the vehicle and the salesman said he would try and find some that would fit. I have not heard back from him so have to assume that he could not find any.
