Booking online - would be good to have an option to amend an existing booking if my plans change and I need to change date/time - currently it appears I have to retain the existing one (I couldn't see a way to cancel it or amend it) and make an new additional booking, or call Lookers to have them edit it.

I could not have been treated better. I have Long Covid and had to sit and wait for my vehicle rather than collecting later. The dealership took good care of me and even brought the card payment machine to my table. Thank you.

Once the deal was done, difficult to contact the sales team to clarify some minor points in the run up to hand over day. Frustrating when people say they’ll get back to you and don’t!

Follow up post purchase is not great. Warranty details not arrived yet, service history not sent and agreed spare tyre replacement not sorted. Have emailed twice to try and move these things on.

Staff are always courteous and attentive. Job was started and finished at the given time with no fuss. Nice to see the team and surprised that after 1 and a half years, they instantly recognised us. Really makes you feel like you're not just a faceless customer.
