Very small, mild "criticism" ... just the length of time that it takes for car to be processed. This visit was for a tyre safety check and then the fitting of two new tyres. I was booked in at 8.00am and left about 10.50am. I have mobility issues so stay at the showroom. Otherwise ... staff as ever very helpful, friendly and attentive. Showroom comfortable and spotless. Very pleased with two new tyres. I have a service plan so looking forward to next service and MOT in July.

The time waiting for a courtesy car is far to long. I’ve got to take the car back but have to wait 1 month because there’s no courtesy cars available
