Car had a service and heath check, car was in Lookers from 0800 until 1630 same day. When picking up the car I expected it to have had a valet or an exterior clean but this was not the case. I may have been mistaken but I was under the impression after a full service and leaving the car with them all day that this happened as standard.Nevertheless the service was spot on, no issues and I was communicated with very well from the staff. Will be bringing my car back for its MOT and future services.

I was surprised, and disappointed, not to get a video. Always had one in previous 4 years.The car wasn’t cleaned.I will say that, as usual, James Wright and his colleague were very efficient.

Booking online - would be good to have an option to amend an existing booking if my plans change and I need to change date/time - currently it appears I have to retain the existing one (I couldn't see a way to cancel it or amend it) and make an new additional booking, or call Lookers to have them edit it.
