Our advisor Neil Cowie was both friendly and knowledgeable and gave a good informative appointment and demonstration of the vehicle without placing any pressure on sale.Although having placed an order elsewhere for a different marque I would certainly consider returning to Skoda Newcastle in the future.Overall a pleasant experience, thank you Neil.

Very small, mild "criticism" ... just the length of time that it takes for car to be processed. This visit was for a tyre safety check and then the fitting of two new tyres. I was booked in at 8.00am and left about 10.50am. I have mobility issues so stay at the showroom. Otherwise ... staff as ever very helpful, friendly and attentive. Showroom comfortable and spotless. Very pleased with two new tyres. I have a service plan so looking forward to next service and MOT in July.

The time waiting for a courtesy car is far to long.I’ve got to take the car back but have to wait 1 month because there’s no courtesy cars available

sort out your online booking service, if i had not contacted the service dept in person, and left it to your online booking system my car would not have been booked in. THIS NEEDS LOOKED AT URGENTLY.
