My only recommendation is clean the vehicle and present it without scratches, dents, damaged internal trim etc. The car was nothing like the images put on by Lookers Sudbury and was a disgrace when it reached Skoda Newcastle who thankfully put all the faults right for me and couldn't have been more helpful.

I was looking for a suitable Toyota hybrid vehicle but for the time being my search is on hold . John B

I was served by James Wright and in all his dealings with me he demonstrated outstanding customer service; a real credit to the company.

Unfortunately, the day after the service, I had a screen message that one of my tyres was low pressure. It was low but I assumed that it had dropped below the threshold while the technician was checking the pressures, so inflated same. However, next day, same occurrence. Replaced tyre with spare, discovered bright, gold coloured self tapping screw in tread, near sidewall. Tyre fitter unable to repair so had to purchase new tyre. Screw which pierced tyre was a type similar to those I'd seen in automobile industry and whereas the car could have picked it up on my 3 mile drive home, it seemed a strange coincidence that it happened immediately after the service.
