Q2 not relevant in this case. I dropped faulty car off at dealers after engine went into limp mode on the way into the town. Car dealt with promptly and fixed sooner than expected.

Was going to progress to investigate pcp options but company car scheme was revised to a lease system which stopped me in my tracks. Neil was very friendly and helpful.
