Just really pleased with the friendliness and efficiency of staff at the Newcastle branch . In particular James was very flexible in fitting the repair at a convenient time to myself and explaining the issue in understandable terms without being patronising.

It was disappointing to be told by the service agent that they had no history of the vehicle. The service agent and his colleague have both booked the vehicle in for a service before. The vehicle still has an error that was not diagnosed or repaired during its time there, however as I’m working nightshift at present haven’t had time to return to the garage.
