Oh yes absolutely…we only required some advice from the Skoda Newcastle sales teamWe spoke with Jonathan (Johnny) Turner and he was tremendous helped us out at once with our query…many thanks he’s a top top man …. And a special thanks to Michael who we spoke with yesterday….

I brought the vehicle in for a 12,000 mile service and also had a warning light indication faulty oil sensor.I would have thought that Lookers would had got a spare part ready for when the vehicle was booked in but instead they waited until they saw the warning light and then had to order the part in which meant the vehicle was not available to collect on the same day as I dropped it off. I either had to leave the car for an extra day or book the car in again for the faulty oil sensor to be replaced.This is not convenient when you do not live close to the dealership.

Unfortunately no new car yet available.I intend to contact the sales again tomorrow
