Disappointed that the car wasn’t properly valeted, the under bonnet area is particularly dirty. There were areas which had not been touched and in the current situation it is, in my opinion, even more important that a deep clean is completed before handover. The dealership have offered a valet but for some reason will not clean under the bonnet. A wipe over would have sufficed, there are plenty of under bonnet cleaning materials available which are safe to use in such areas I had a tow bar fitted but had to return to collect the bumper beam which had been removed by the valeter

The service as Lookers was very fine and I am likely to use it again in a couple of years. The reason for pulling out was that we needed a second hand hybrid plug in at relatively short notice and there were not any suitable ones available - great service though. Regular emails and answers to my range of questions always dealt with.

Very friendly, efficient and informative service. Electronic professing of all paperwork was excepted. Car delivered on date specified.

I enjoyed the experience of buying my Skoda (plus it's a great car) and will be using Lookers again for my next Skoda.
