Disappointed with the standard of valet on collection, expected it to be better. Disappointed that a day after collection there was a leak from coolant pump which resulted in having to take be in for repair for a couple of days. Initially Lookers told us to use Skoda call out who diagnosed then problem. They said the garage would repair it as he didn’t carry the parts but it was safe to drive. We took car to Lookers the following day who did give us an alternative car to use in the meantime. We were surprised that this fault was not noticed during the check up and service before we collected the vehicle. It did take the pleasure out of the purchase of a new car.

Johnathan turner was very helpful and professional. He helped me figure out what would be my best action with the old car to make the new car purchase easier. All options were explained thoroughly. Communication via email and phone calls were great.
