I submitted an online enquiry, the initial response was that the car had been sold. I asked about another car in group stock and got no reply. I have since bought a car from another Skoda dealer

My vehicle number is YC24 UYD. I have the problem with the glove box. I make 2 appointment and the problem still exists. It’s work for 2 days, afterwards it’s not working again.

The Skoda Kamiq I purchased in Summer 2023 has had problems with the air con. It’s now out of warranty and still has an air con fault. I have just spent a lot of money at a local garage but it is still not working. Please help me

Rang and made appt for Saturday morning. Told email would be sent on the Friday afternoon but never received decided to go away because appt was made over phone.Nobody available but gay on the first dear had brief chat and give key to car so went and had a look but nobody came so after 15mins brought key back and left

I had a deal offer from another Škoda dealer which I showed to the sales team on arrival, it took well over an hour and a half before you told me you couldn’t match it, total waste of my time, bought a new vehicle from another dealer

My last visit was a waste of fuel, i came to look at a specific vehicle, it was unlocked for me but when I tried to look the vehicles were parked to close so I couldn't look, your salesman had left us.As I have a disability I could not wait around, I informed the receptionist and left,
