I had to chase and follow up to get me test drive arranged. Staff seemed uninterested when I got there.

The car that I had arranged to test drive wasn't charged so was unavailable.

Helpful, polite and efficient service

I spoke with a salesperson and explained what i wanted. He was very good until he went to the sales manager who then proceeded to ignore what i wanted and went off at a tangent. Would not quote for more than one car as i wanted comparisons, told me only white was available although i did not want white and the trade in was derisory

Everyone was very helpful. Phil was excellent and the process was quick and easy.

Because we couldn't arrive at a way to get me the car I was looking for! Everything else was fine.

We went to the Dealership wanting to book a test drive. We were told we had to do this though the call centre. I did this and booked a test drive for the following weekend. I drove to Stockport for the test drive to be told they did not have the car available on site. WHAT WAS THE POINT OF ME BOOKING THE TEST DRIVE? I obviously shall not be using this garage or buy a Skoda in future.

I turned up for an arranged test drive of a RS Elroq, and was told that there wasn’t one available. The staff member did apologise but I was promised a phone call to rearrange this. Unfortunately this didn’t happen.

Good reception at dealership but I booked appointment centrally and the dealership didn’t know about it.
